Here is the photo that appears on that page with this caption: "Ahmed Chalabi, left, arrived Sunday at an air base near Nasiriyah in southern Iraq with members of a militia called the Free Iraqi Forces."

This can be considered sheer speculation but it's still very interesting, considering the circumstances. Here's the link to the story and the larger picture of this scene in the Washington Post .

Draw your own conclusions - but also remember that this is a war of images and media more than anything, sometimes someone is going to get caught in the media crossfire, especially as it's become so inbred.

And don't forget that even during the Selection of Bush the Lesser that Tom Delay sent a whole crew to disrupt and take over the vote counting process, so it's really not all that unthinkable that this was staged.
